NYU SCPS Online Help Desk
SCPS Distance Learning partnered with a firm to provide 24/7 help desk services to faculty and students. To speak with a helpdesk support professional call (877) 424-6356, if you are calling from within North America or (661) 367-2220 for all international calls originating outside North America. The help desk is also available by email at: scps.distancelearning.helpdesk@nyu.edu.
Onsite Technical Support
SCPS Distance Learning provides onsite technical support to assist faculty with technical concerns related to delivering their online courses, such as connection problems before class, technical problems that occur during an online session or any situation hindering instructors from teaching their courses.
Synchronous Online Classroom Support
During the scheduled live classroom sessions that are held between Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm EST, SCPS Distance Learning will frequent those classes and provide technical assistance when needed. If the live classroom sessions are held during other days or times aside from Monday and Friday, 11:00am through 7:00pm EST faculty can schedule an appointment beforehand for a one-on-one synchronous test run session in their live classroom environment.
